LEARN TAI CHI

21st century tai chi WITH THE TEAPOTMONK

For beginners, finding out about Tai Chi online can be a confusing task. There are so many choices online, each claiming to offer everything. It can appear daunting to have to make a choice.

My suggestion is to keep an open mind, to explore, to try out and ask if you need help, so you can find out what will work for you. To help you in this task, I have created a few exercises to get your going and some articles that will help you understand the different approaches to Tai Chi. Start with the Basics Section below, then move on to Steps 2 and 3.

Not a beginner? Then you may be looking for the Articles section or wish to explore the books and courses available (step 3 below). For all this, see the tabs at the top of the page.
